There are swings and climbing frames for both older and younger children, and a BMX track.
All of the open area is for use of the general public with seating and litter bins.
The parish Council employs two part-time groundsmen who pick up any litter every day to ensure that the park is clean and safe for everyone to use.
There is a NO DOGS policy in place, except for service dogs who are allowed into the grounds.

The more the public complain about this kind of behaviour the more attention the Police will give to Orchard Park making it a safer and nicer place for families and children to spend time.
